Helper Agreement

Extra terms for helpers, on top of the Terms of Service, between you and Brightmonzon Corp.

You are an independent contractor

You are not an employee, agent or partner of NELY.
You set your own price, your own hours and your own work area. You use your own tools.
You can decline any request. There is no minimum number of jobs.
You do not receive wages, benefits, insurance or reimbursements from NELY.

You are responsible for your own taxes. Stripe may send you a Form 1099-K when the law requires it.
You must have any license, permit and insurance your work needs. Never take a job that needs a Florida or county license you do not have (for example electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, gas or pest control).
You must do the work safely and as agreed in the app.

NELY Pro is free until your 10th qualifying job (done, paid in the app, your price at least $40).
After that, NELY Pro costs $99.99 per month to keep receiving new requests. You are never charged automatically when the free jobs end: you choose to subscribe.
With NELY Pro you keep 100% of your price. NELY takes no commission. Clients pay the card fees. Tips are 100% yours.

If you subscribe, NELY Pro renews automatically every month at $99.99 (or the price shown before you subscribe) until you cancel.
The price, the renewal and the next renewal date are shown next to the Subscribe button, and you must tick a box to agree before you can subscribe.
Cancel anytime in the app: Profile → NELY Pro → Cancel subscription. It takes one step to confirm, and no further charges are made. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid.
If a renewal payment fails, you have 3 days to update your card before new requests stop.

Payouts are made only through Stripe Connect, to the bank account you add in Stripe. NELY never stores your bank account or routing number.
You can work before setting up payouts (“get paid later”). Your money waits safely, but you stop receiving new requests after 3 unpaid jobs or $500 waiting, until you set up payouts.
Refunds or disputes on a job may reduce or hold the payout for that job.

Never ask for or accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or any payment outside the app for a job found on NELY.
Do not share phone numbers or emails to move a job outside the app.
Breaking this rule can lead to suspension.

You can stop using NELY at any time. NELY may suspend or close a helper account under the Terms of Service.
