Simple rules so everyone on NELY feels safe and respected.
Respect
- Be kind and polite. Treat every home and every person with respect.
- No discrimination for race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or any other protected trait.
- No harassment, threats, insults or unwanted contact.
Safety
- In an emergency, call 911 first.
- Use the Report button in the chat or on a profile to tell us about unsafe behavior.
- Stop the job and leave if you feel unsafe.
- No alcohol or drugs before or during a job.
Stay in the app
- Pay and get paid only in the app.
- Do not share phone numbers, emails or social media to take a job outside the app.
Honest reviews
- Review only real jobs, and say what really happened.
- No fake reviews, no paying for reviews, no threats about reviews.
Consequences
- Breaking these rules can lead to a warning, hidden reviews, a temporary suspension or closing the account.
- Serious cases (violence, threats, fraud) lead to immediate suspension and may be reported to the authorities.
